There is no cost for tours.

You can pay rent online through the resident portal using a credit card, debit card, checking account, or savings account. You can also pay in person with cash, check, money order, or cashier's check, or use your bank's Bill Pay service.

Utilities are not included in your rent.
You will need to set up electric service with Duke Energy. All other utilities are included or managed by the property.

We offer a $300 referral bonus when you are referred by a current resident.
Guests are welcome and must park in designated visitor spots. Residents are responsible for their guests. If someone receives mail at the property or stays for 30 days or more, they are considered an occupant and must submit an application.
We do not offer discounts for longer lease terms or advance rent payments.
If you transfer to another community, you will need to pay a new security deposit at that location.
Subletting is not permitted.
If you need to break your lease, you can use our buyout option. This requires a buyout fee equal to two months' rent, plus 60 days of rent, and you will forfeit your security deposit.
Short-term leases are not available.
Corporate leases are not available.
Amenities
The property offers on-site laundry facilities and storage units.
Parking is available for residents.
There are no washer/dryer hookups.
All units include a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
Furnished apartments are not available.
We do not offer furnished apartments.
There is no leasing office on-site, so packages cannot be held. Please arrange for delivery when you will be home.
We do not have a fitness center.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly community.
Pet fees include $35 monthly pet rent per pet (maximum of 2 pets), a $150 one-time pet fee, and a $150 refundable pet deposit.
Pets must be 30 pounds or under. Aggressive breeds and mixed aggressive breeds are not permitted. Please contact our leasing team if you have any questions!
There is no pet park on the property.

From I-71, exit south onto Montgomery Road. Turn left at 7429, just past the WAWA.

Public transportation is available directly in front of the building.
The community is near Kenwood Towne Center, Silverton Town Hall, and WAWA.
The property is located in the Cincinnati Public Schools district.
The nearest dog park is approximately 1 mile away.

Residents typically shop at Kenwood Towne Center, Trader Joe's, Walmart, and a Target in Blue Ash.
The Proud Hound is 1/4 mile away and within walking distance. Starbucks is approximately 1 mile from the property.
Maintenance
Before you move in, we paint all walls, professionally clean the unit, tidy the patio or balcony, complete any necessary repairs, and professionally clean the carpets.
On-site maintenance staff is available.
You can request repairs by stopping by the office, calling, emailing, or submitting a work order through the resident portal.

You do not need to be present for maintenance work to be completed.
If you are locked out during office hours, call our leasing office and we will assist you. If you're locked out after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith at your own expense.
You may hang pictures or mount a TV on the walls without charge, provided there is no major damage. If you paint any walls, you must return them to the original color before moving out to avoid charges.
